With Recfoam^® and Recmat^® products, Recticel provides flexible, acoustic solutions for all types of floor coverings. Our polyurethane based underlays reduce the impact sound level of footsteps and improve the shock-absorbing properties of your floor. Recfoam^® products are generally available in densities between 40 and 300 kg/m³. For the production of Recmat^®, PU foam flocks are mixed with other materials such as rubber, textile, cork, latex... . This makes it possible to achieve densities between 200 and 450 kg/m³ and above. Starting from a durable bonded foam, Recticel has the technology to laminate on both sides in one step. Depending on the customer’s requirements, Recmat^® and Recfoam^® underlays are applied as an independent layer, or as a complex, to suit all flooring applications. Our acoustic underlays can make your laminate sound like real wood. The products with these good acoustic properties are better known as Isol⁺, which are part of the ANS^®- portfolio (Anti Noise Systems).
In case you prefer a soft and warm carpet, you will surely appreciate the comfortable feeling by installing it on top of a flexible PU-foam. Whatever you choose, we have the ideal solutions for your laminate, parquet, carpet, PVC, rubber, floating concrete, ceramic tiles...
