A range of Composite Foams products is specially developed to meet the strict automotive requirements, such as flame-resistance, fogging and acoustic performance. Thanks to their typical characteristics, each of the three product families, Recfoam^®, Recmat^® and Renoflex^® can be applied in different areas within the automotive industry. With excellent vibration dampening and sound insulation properties, Recfoam^® products are ideal for applications such as door panels and wheel housings.
Some Recmat^® products are perfectly suitable as automotive carpet underlay.
Headrests, made out of Renoflex^® material give an excellent feeling of comfort. Using a unique technology, the polyurethane foam is precision cut to uniform particles of geometrical shape. The combination of this cutting technology and a specially selected PU-binder results in the unique properties of this patented Renoflex^® product.
